Practices
Practice is each Tuesday at 6:00 PM on field #7 or #8. Bring plenty of water as we are expecting hot weather! Practice includes rules, infield, and batting practice. This is the time to ask questions! Please contact Coach Mike at 943-4368 or General Manager Debbie at 274-1045 for practice questions.

Games
We will meet 30 minutes before each game to get signed in and start warming up. It is important to warm up both arms and legs and stretch the muscles to prevent injuries during the game. Do this by stretching, jogging, and throwing. After our win, we're off for pizza at Vince's (30th West & Ave L)! Please contact Coach Mike at 943-4368 or Assistant Coach George at 273-7599 and let us know if you CANNOT make the game.
